In fact, some patients don't even require one, but most patients will find that in order to receive the most benefit from myofunctional therapy, a release may be required. No and the initial consultation is free. Most of our patients find us on the internet while researching myofunctional therapy or are referred by family, friends, their dentist, chiropractor, etc.

This can depend on the patients needs, but for a patient requiring our comprehensive adult or child myofunctional therapy treatment, it will require at least 12 sessions each two weeks apart. Your daily exercises only take a total of 12 minutes out of your day which is 6 minutes in the morning and 6 minutes in the evening. Not bad even on a busy schedule!

You can take a break from myofunctional therapy during treatment, however, it will take you longer to reach your goals. We understand that life happens though and we'll help you through those hurdles. If you are unable to come in for a regular session, we offer virtual myofunctional therapy sessions. Both virtual or in person sessions usually only take 30 minutes. Your daily exercises only take a total of 12 minutes out of your day which is 6 minutes in the morning and 6 minutes in the evening.
